Obituary for Clarence George Rank

Clarence G. Rank, 91, of Altoona, FL, passed away on June 7, 2021. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and dedicated 35 years of his life working as a railroad man. A proud member of the Knights of Columbus, he held numerous offices over the years, achieved the 4th Degree, and, in 2020, received the St. Joseph award.

He is survived by his brother, William (Jewel) Rank, sister, Lois Ann (Donald) Bouchard, and several nieces & nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Clarence on Friday, June 18, 2021, at 10:00 am at St. Mary of the Lakes in Eustis, FL, with Fr Carlos Bedoya officiating. Military honors will be given at the church following the service. A private burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to either:
Knights of Columbus Council 8120 or
Knights of Columbus Assembly 1675
Donations to the above should be sent to St. Mary of the Lakes Church.
