Brett M. Mouron passed away in his home on May 29, 2021 with his loving wife by his side at 70 years, 7 months and 5 days from a pulmonary embolism. He was born to Sam & Ruth (Mamie) Mouron on October 24, 1950, formerly from Brownsburg, IN and moved to Florida in June of 2017;
Brett was married to the love of his life, Lisa (Blankley), they were married on July 22, 2006. The world has lost the best husband, father to our children, and Poppie to our grandchildren. Your quirky side, your dorky side, your loving side, your caring side and your romantic side will be missed by all who knew you.
He loved to fish and kayak, he taught most of his grandchildren to fish. He also loved to play golf. His love for the Colts compelled him to wear their caps and t-shirts everyday.
He studied in communication at Purdue University. Studied Theology at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Studied at Louisville Presbyterian Seminary. He was a Presbyterian Minister for 20 years, spending several years at Geneva Center with the youth camp. From all the responses they all loved him too.
He worked for Walmart for 20 years working his way up to co-manger, which is where we met. He was recently running the liquor store and loved it.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa. His Son, Nicholas Sievers (Maretta), Daughter, Renee Nass (Daniel), Daughter, Amanda Fortner. Daughter, Emily Anne Foster (James), Son, Brett Thurston (Jessica). Grandsons, Gavin, Kaleb, Liam, Asher, Killian, Russell & James. Granddaughters, Scout, RaeLynn, Ava, Macee, Kaylyn & Eloise. Sister, Barbara Toney, Niece, Jamie. Nephew, Brandon. Several Great Nephew & Nieces
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Sister, Judy White, Brother-in law, James White Brother-in-law Tom Toney & Nephew, Derrick Toney. Nephew, Danny Stewart
Planning a Celebration of Life for Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Paradise Oaks RV Park in Bushnell, Fl. We will eat at 5, come anytime after 1, stay as late as you would like. Bring your swimming suit!
