LIFE for the Widowed

The loss of a spouse may be the most life-altering experience you ever encounter. You may feel that no one understands your sorrow. Do not allow your grief to isolate you from family and friends. Do not allow these feelings to keep you from meeting new people or joining new organizations. There is still LIFE after loss.

LIFE is a support program designed to help you adjust to this new life. As a member of the program you will become part of a network of men and women who have also experienced the loss of a spouse. You will feel a sense of belonging and encouragement that will help you build a new and fulfilled life. Each meeting is an opportunity for members to share memories, challenges, successes and laughter.
